How Crossplay Checker Works

Crossplay Checker is an independent reference site for checking whether a game supports cross-platform multiplayer. It is not affiliated with game publishers, platform holders, or storefronts.

What each status means

Full crossplay means the available evidence supports cross-platform multiplayer across the game’s compatible platforms. Partial crossplay means that compatibility is restricted by platform, generation, mode, version, store, account, or another documented condition. No crossplay means there is no current cross-platform multiplayer support documented for that game.

Crossplay is different from cross-save and cross-progression. A game can let people play together without transferring progress, purchases, or saves between platforms.

How information is checked

We maintain the catalog as structured data and review corrections against developer, publisher, platform, or support documentation whenever that material is available. The supporting links for reviewed claims are retained internally so the public page can stay focused on the answer.

When a detail cannot be confirmed, we do not present it as confirmed. Game features, online services, platform availability, and account requirements can change after publication.

How to use a result

Use the status as a starting point, then read the compatibility note on the game page before planning a session or purchase. For a current restriction, patch, account requirement, or purchase decision, the game’s official support channels remain the final source.
